Samuel Chong was struggling in the mechanical spare parts industry for six years, where he earned a meager income and often found himself facing a shortage of cash, and was getting further and further away from success. He eventually came to the realization that real estate was the way to go if he wanted to start an enterprise but lacked the capital.

 

Armed with a preparation to learn from scratch, he never wavered from an attitude of service based on integrity despite all the obstacles he faced, always believing that trust was the single most precious commodity between agent and client. Being a real estate agent to him was not only about making sales, but more of being able to consult customers and help solve their problems; not focused solely on making a profit, but also making a friend.
